We are looking for a dynamic Mental Health Manager to provide supervision to interns and licensed therapists and therapists working towards licensure, as well as providing assessment and therapeutic treatment to youth and families in Kent School District both at the schools and at the Agency.

Job Title: Mental Health Program Manager
Location: Kent, WA
Position Schedule: Full-Time and requires at least one evening a week until 8 PM
Pay: DOE

LMHC or equivalent in the State of Washington and in good standing with two years of post-license experience required.
Master’s degree in the behavioral health field and licensed in the State of Washington.
Two years of relevant supervisory responsibility/experience.
Proven skills working with youth and families in individual, family and group settings.
Experience and familiarity with Proven Programs, Best Practices, Evidence-based service systems.
Familiarity with the King County Mental Health System preferred.
Effective at working collaboratively with other community-based organizations and child-serving systems.
Appreciation and respect for diversity.
Commitment to serving the needs of youth and families and in working with a broad array of community groups in support of the agency’s goals and mission.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Satisfactory completion of any required criminal background checks including fingerprinting and satisfactory driving record.
